Appointment Arrival Time

If it is your first visit to us, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment in order to allow time for you to relax and complete your New Client consultation form before your treatment time.

Late Arrivals

Out of consideration to other clients, all treatments are completed as scheduled. We encourage you to arrive early as late arrival will lessen your treatment time.

Cancellations

Your treatment time is reserved especially for you so if you are no longer able to make your appointment please provide us with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Last minute cancellations may result in a late cancellation fee.

All no-shows will result in a 50% payment for your missed appointment upon your next appointment with us.

Special Conditions

Please advise us at the time of booking if you have any health conditions or special considerations such as pregnancy, allergies or injuries.
